Q: Can I cancel an order?
A: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. However, if we are unable to fulfill or need to cancel your order for any reason, we will refund your payment. You will be promptly notified in such cases.
Q: How long does it take for an item to ship after an order is placed?
A: Typically, we process and ship orders within 2-4 days from the time they are placed online. If you require express shipping, please specify so during checkout.
Q: How much will shipping cost for my order?
A: We offer four types of shipping, each with varying costs. Please refer to our shipping options for more details.
Q: Can I return or exchange my purchase if I'm not satisfied?
A: We offer exchanges for eligible items. Please note that we do not provide refunds for any purchase. All sales on underwear, discounted items, sale items, promotion items, and gift cards are final. For all other sales, exchanges are allowed unless otherwise stated.
Q: How do I use a promotion code?
A: If you have a Promotion Code, you can enter it in the designated field during the Checkout process to redeem the associated offer. Promotion codes are not case-sensitive. Some promotions are automatically applied during Checkout, and you can verify their addition at the bottom of the page.
Q: Are there any restrictions for promotions?
A: Promotions may be limited to specific participating brands, groups of items, or minimum order amounts. All promotions are available for a limited time within the indicated dates and are subject to availability. Please note that promotional offers do not apply to international orders.
