Sale & Shipping Policy

Free shipping promotions apply to regular-priced merchandise only.

Sale, discounted, or promotional items are excluded from free shipping offers and will require standard shipping charges at checkout.

All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for additional promotions, discounts, or free shipping unless otherwise stated.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Method

We currently offer UPS Ground shipping for all orders.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Please Note: Creative Soul is not responsible for any damage and/or loss of packages after delivery. We ask that you kindly not accept any packages that appear damaged or open. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of product or shipment after they are scanned delivered by the courier. Any damages or loss of shipments after delivery, should be addressed to UPS or USPS.
