Creative Soul Pickup Policy

Thank you for choosing In-Store Pickup at Creative Soul. Please review the following policy regarding order processing, pickup requirements, and order hold times.

Order Processing & Pickup Times

Orders placed during business hours (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM) are typically ready for pickup within 2 hours of purchase.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM or outside of normal business hours will be ready approximately 2 hours after the store opens on the next business day.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a pickup notification via email.

Pickup Requirements

To collect your order, you must present:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order.
  • Your order confirmation or pickup notification email.

For security purposes, orders will only be released to the individual listed on the order.

Order Hold Period

After you receive your pickup notification, your order will be held for 3 days.

If you are unable to pick up your order within this timeframe, please contact us before the hold period expires.

Unclaimed Orders & Refunds

Any order remaining unclaimed after 3 days from the fulfillment date will be automatically canceled, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 3–10 business days for refunded funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.
