Returns and Exchanges

  WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY TRANSACTION.

We accept Exchanges (unless otherwise noted) for store credit within 14 days of delivery date. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and with original tags still attached. All shipping charges for exchanges are to be covered by the customer.

Items that are eligible for returns within 14 days of the original purchase date for store credit ONLY.

All sales are final on all launch product  Retro Jordans, Quickstrikes, Underwear products, discount item, promotion, sale items and Gifts Cards. ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE, RETURNS, OR STORE CREDIT.

 

**HOW TO RETURN ITEMS BACK TO US:

All returns must be authorized. Email contact@creativesoul.com with your order # before shipping out your return. www.creativesoul.com is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit; we highly suggest that you use a courier with a trackable shipping service.
